Molli Baker

I am the owner of Molli Dogs Training LLC.

I've always loved dogs but couldn't have one growing up. So I learned everything I could about dogs through books, Google searches, working with friends' dogs, and interacting with every dog I met. As soon as I moved out I got my first dog. From there I started my dog training journey. I gained an understanding of canine behavior and its motives by working with dogs from all walks of life and gaining a formal education in canine obedience training.

I find the dog world to be absolutely fascinating. New knowledge and information about dogs is coming out all the time. I have a firm belief that a dog training career is one in which you can never stop learning. Because of this I am always trying to find more ways to learn, grow, and educate myself in this exciting career. I spent over a decade focusing on service dog training and still often learn new things in this area. After getting my basset, I've had the opportunity for branch out into new areas of the dog world with field and show work. While service dog work will always be my passion, it has been so fun getting to be a "novice" again and learning from new, brilliant trainers about other specialized areas within the dog world.

I love dogs. They are creatures whose potential continues to amaze me every day. They are capable of communicating, understanding, and working with humans on a closer level than any other creature on the planet. I love learning about them and getting to be a part of their world on a daily basis.

I know I'm in the right career field because I still get excited every time I see a dog!
